Air :: Thank you. The first four were taken in one batch this weekend and the other taken late summer.

Mark :: That's the wallpaper in my mother's new kitchen. It rocks my world but looks hideous where it is.. unfortunately it will be disappearing in the next few weeks and replaced with pristine white (I personally would have gone for a much livelier colour). I figured I should take the chance to document it while I could.

What a different you all together! Very defined progression in quality, framing and angles. First I thought of remembering and mentioning the ones I liked the most, but as I was tripping down with your newer posts/visions, I realized, that I can only agree with the rest - nice feast for eyes, MV! Lots of good shots, interesting frames... interesting colour...

So I posted this picture...



in a few places a couple of weeks ago.

One of my friends saw the picture and loved it so much she asked if I would paint it on canvas for her. I was a little nervous because I'd never done anything like that before, but I accepted the challenge. I had one week in which to complete the painting so she could ship it to Vancouver as a gift to her mother. When she saw it on the weekend she loved it even more than the original sketch and I'm oh so proud for making my first ever commission I thought I'd share it. ^_^
