I went to your site and pondered them.
I like the intensity and detail, very psy.

This was one of those sketches that took on a life of it's own. I did it over several nights, hanging out at a coffee shop. I really want to go to this place.

Go Rodney!
I used to draw quite a bit, constant sketching. When
I started my computer journey in 95' my focus shifted
to allow for greater digital progress. Photography did
the same thing to my sketchflow. This is the year that
I return to the drawing board. Every time I try to draw
in my hardbound sketchbook nothing happens and when
I grab some random scrap of paper something I like comes
out. The phone doodle above has been floating around for
a couple months and last night I lay down on my bed with a
small pile of pens to see where it might lead. I spent a couple
of hours on it. I erased most of the purple pencil I initially drew
it in but you can still see some of it.
Note to self: Get a scanner.

air, your marker styles rock! I really like your choice of colors, very nice.
I was cleaning my work space today and found some old sketchbooks (don't you love that). I chose this for show and tell because it has nice memories attached to it:)

By the light of powerpoint
in database today
an image popped into my head
and flowed thusly
I couldn't get enough of phongs drawing and air's reincarnation, but I couldn't exactly remember the leg positioning either.
This is what resulted, crafted in near darkness:
Note: New scanner! I did not clean it up due to the nature of this thread, and I felt that it should be presented as it was made.

LeBarb I love that peice so much, I've seen it in your sketchbook before.... If I remember correctly there are about 50 other equally dope peices in the same book.
Still praying they make DSL available in Alabama
TL I like where you're going, vibing off of stuff already in the thread. Very interesting... I like it
