I met Sandy and Ang (briefly) on Saturday in a cold London, for a chat, a wander and some Thai noodles.
Sandy admiring the pigeons in Trafalgar Square:
great to see you guys, hope you had a good flight back.

Mark, it was great seeing you as well. So, Sandy mentioned to you that he was going to get his haircut on saturday after meeting up with you.. Well, that evening, our super crazy cool english DJ/producer/hairstylist friend "Rickee whoopwhoop" gave him a brand new look!

Mark, great shot. It's very natural and captures Sandy well.
He looks a bit tired there too. That's one long distance podmeet!
I would love to see more pics of fora cells in varying combinations.
Is there a pic of you guys together?
Ang, who is the guy in the last pic that looks like Sandy's younger brother? Rickee did a great job!

The back of my neck is always cold now
It was awesome meeting Mark and his wife, I just wish I had a little more time to hang out. Here'a a pic of the lovely couple:
It's really a sign of our digital age when a meeting like this happens, over such a long distance.
I loved running around London, never having to drive, just hopping on the Tube. Our host Rickee was exceptional - he looked after us very well, took us out to meet his friends in the DJ world, and threw a kick-ass Whoop Whoop party. The true sound of the Underground. I also partied with my cousin (whom I only met once before a few years ago), and Angela and I visited the house we grew up in. What a wonderful trip it was
WhoopWhoop is coming to play at our party on March 26th, at which time I can see if we can be as good a host as he was to us. His site is http://whoopwhoop.net/ (and I'm redesigning it for him).
Thanks, podlings!
