My wife and I put up our tree yesterday, and I decided to take a couple photos of the lights for fun.
Of course, from what I've seen...Air's house is like this all year round.

That's how I look year round!
Those are great, Scotty! They tickle my brain's Colored Light Center. My place is much
mellower since I moved to San Diego. The Long Beach pod was an electric circus, still is.
Rychard has enough colored lights in the garage alone to start his own Vegas casino.

yay, Scotty, great idea! Air has always been a colored light fanatic,
and me, I've always liked them, but Air took me over the edge with it.
These are my fave spiky ball lights:

OK.... colored lights and artsy shots are nice and all,... but this evening, I came face to face with a 27 foot tin-toy nightmare that I think goes nicely as a juxtaposition to all the pretty twinkly lights in this thread.
Feast your eyes upon "Gigantor, Eater of Souls" (that's what my kids came up with):
1.) The mouth goes up and down and the whole thing moves and makes this creepy old swingset sound mixed with the smell of overheating electric motors.
2.) It's taller than the house. I mean fer Chissakes! It's taller than the damn house!
3.) Truly a terrifying thing. I'm wondering how many neighborhood kids get nightmares...

colored lights can hypnotize, sparkle someone else's eyes.
melo, that looks like a fire hazard!
My girlfriend decorated a mansion, put up their tree, front door wreaths, dinner table centerpiece, etc. These people were filthy rich, a huge plasma screen for their computer, with a remote control keyboard and mouse. Knick-knacks everywhere, each one of them looking expensive. Mind-blown.
